To delete a suggestion from a topic, it's as easy as clicking the "trash can" at the top-right of the content card.

If you find yourself deleting a lot of suggestions, you can narrow your results by filtering by source (excluding, or isolating) or by editing your topic to exclude troublesome keywords.
