In order to upgrade your plan in UpContent, you must enter your credit card details.

If you're getting an error message when you try to finish, you might try fixing the issue with one of these common troubleshooting tips.

Check for typos

The details entered must match perfectly in order for the payment to go through. Double check the credit card number, the CVV/CVC number on the back of the card, the spelling of your name and the expiration date on your card.

Make sure autofill is for the right card

Some browsers save your credit card information to autofill the details into the corresponding fields. It may be the case that this card is expired, is not the card you want to use, or contains incorrect information. Autofill also may have placed details into the wrong fields or not filled in the proper fields at all.

Double check to make sure.

Bank issue

Lastly, your bank or credit company may decline payment for a number of reasons. If your payment continues to fail, consider contacting your banking institution or credit card company for more assistance.
