Changing the Number, Order, Summary, or Image of Articles Included in the Email

If you would like to make edits to number, order, or contents of the curated articles appearing in your email, that will be done within your Collection's, where your Email Campaign is finding it's content, editor menu.

Within your Collection's editor, on the left-hand side of the pop-up window we'll want to navigate to Power-Ups and scroll all the way down to the bottom where your HTML Email Campaign will be. Once you find the campaign you'd like to make changes to, you'll click the "EDIT" button. Below the campaign name, you'll see the different filters which will determine what content will appear on your Email Newsletter.

Editing the Design and Layout of the HTML Email Template

If you would like to edit your Email's template, we will want to navigate to your account name at the top right-hand side of the screen. Once you click your account name, you can navigate down the list to "Email Templates".

Next step, you'll click "Email Templates", then you will select which template you would like to adjust and make changes to by clicking "EDIT" next to the template's name. Once you are there, you can make changes to your template such as changing how content will be displayed, adjusting which merge tags you are using on your template, and making any aesthetic changes. When you are satisfied, click 'Save'.

This will automatically update your email campaign's template that is connected to your Collection.

Whenever you are ready for your audience to receive your email, you'll go back to your Collection and download the HTML code for your campaign.
