There are 3 quick fixes that usually fix the problem.

1 - Switch internet browser

While Curate by UpContent and Hootsuite work in Safari, Edge, and Internet Explorer, there are better options.

We recommend using either Chrome or Firefox to get the best out of Curate by UpContent and Hootsuite.

2 - Disable Ad-blocker

Curate by UpContent relies on storing a small amount of data on your local machine to keep your account connected with Hootsuite.

Ad-blockers often block sites from collecting and/or storing basic data.

Neither Curate by UpContent or Hootsuite display ads, so it is safe to disable or white-list your ad blocker while using these services.

3 - Check browser settings

Curate by UpContent relies on storing a small amount of data on your local machine to keep your account connected with Hootsuite.

You may have a "block third party cookies and site data" option enabled on your browser, which prevents us from making this connection.
