Before adding an article to your Collection in UpContent, you must first install the UpContent Google Chrome Extension. Click here to learn how!

Once the UpContent Google Chrome Extension, you can start adding articles to your Collections as you browse!

There are two ways to add content to your Collections using the extension:

  • Using the Chrome Extension in your Toolbar

  • Highlighting and right-clicking content from the article

Using the Chrome Extension in your Toolbar

Whenever you have found your article you would like to add to a selected Collection, just go ahead and click on the UpContent logo in your Toolbar (the Chrome Extension would need to be pinned to your Toolbar). Once you click the UpContent logo, you can select which Collection you would like to add the article to. You can also change your account here, change the image associated with the article, and write your own Summary for the article if you'd like!

Highlighting and right-clicking content from the article

Once you have found the article you would like to add to UpContent, highlight the text of the article that you would like to represent the article Summary within UpContent. Once you do this, you can right-click the highlighted text. Within the menu, you will be able to now see UpContent as an option! You can now add the article to a Collection using the highlighted text as the Summary, or allow the Summary to be inserted by UpContent!
