Logging in to the UpContent Customer Portal
Note: To log into the UpContent Customer Portal, a member of the UpContent team must first provide you access to utilize the Portal. You will receive an email from the address noreply@upcontent.com
To log into the UpContent customer portal, you will need to navigate to https://success.upcontent.com/portal. From here, you will input your email and password to gain access to the UpContent Customer Portal where you can submit tickets, book a time to meet with the team, and read more about Sniply and our other help center articles!

Submitting a ticket and accessing important documents
To submit a ticket, you will first need to click the "Need Help?" option near the top of the Portal. From here, please fill out all of the pertinent information to ensure we get you forward to the right person and ensure a quick solution!
To reserve a time to connect with someone on the UpContent team, choose "Book a Meeting" from the options near the top of the screen. This will take you to a page on our website where you can select the time that works best for your schedule to chat with us!
